體育健康教育中心
國立暨南國際大學體育健康中心乃於民國99年2月完工，同年8月啟用，使本校運動場地設施趨於完備，提供校內教職員工生具備高水準的正當休閒運動場所。 游泳館為24小時循環過濾，水質皆合乎相關法規規定，並聘任合格專業救生員，確保師生運動安全。
The Sports and Health Center of National Chi Nan University was completed in February 2010 (Minguo Year 99) and officially opened in August of the same year. It provides faculty, staff, and students with a high-quality environment for leisure and physical activity. The swimming complex operates on a 24-hour circulation and filtration system, with water quality fully compliant with relevant regulations. For safety, the university employs certified professional lifeguards to ensure a secure environment for all users.
主要設施
- 室內一樓： 綜合球館（籃球、排球、羽球共用）、桌球室、室內50公尺溫水游泳池、水中運動池、水療池、烤箱、蒸汽室。
- 室內二樓： 健身房、有氧教室。
- 室外場地： 8面籃球場、4面排球場、3面網球場、1座壘球場及400公尺操場。

- 游泳館： 校外成人單次180元、校外兒童單次120元、校內成人單次160元、校內兒童單次100元。
- 健身房： 校內單次110元。

中區戶外探索教育中心
中區戶外探索教育中心於111年11月落成，由教育部體育署全額補助2800萬元，為中部最大的探索教育訓練場地。 中心將配合學校的特色運動課程，舉辦寒暑假戶外探索教育營隊，並結合當地特色，提供多元的戶外遊憩體驗。 基地內擁有6項低空設施及42項中高空設施，藉由做中學的過程，培育學員的創造力、思考力及問題解決能力。
The Central Region Outdoor Adventure Education Center was completed in November 2022, with full funding of NT$28 million provided by the Sports Administration. Aligned with the university’s featured sports curriculum, the center organizes outdoor experiential education camps and incorporates elements of sports tourism. The facility includes six low-element and 42 medium- to high-element structures to develop creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

壘球場管理中心
本校鄰近日月潭與合歡山，為國內重要的休閒與戶外運動據點。 壘球場佔地約1.28公頃，自97年起分兩期建設，設有內外野、牛棚、觀眾席、照明與管理中心等，可舉辦國內外大型賽事。 自104年起在體育署支持下，壘球運動成為暨大推展在地特色運動的重點項目，並結合實作課程與學生組織，讓學生學習活動籌辦與場地維護。
Situated near Sun Moon Lake and Hehuan Mountain, NCNU serves as a key destination for leisure and outdoor sports in Taiwan. The softball field, covering approximately 1.28 hectares, was constructed in two phases starting in 2008. Since 2015, softball has been a focal point in promoting local sports development, integrating hands-on courses and student-led initiatives.
